小林理学研究所勤務を振り出しに新聞社カメラマンを経て三浦印刷㈱に入社､写真製版技術者としての経験を積み重ね独立
以後､一切の写真団体には所属せず独自の道を歩む

早津明彦写真事務所開設
花火以外の撮影対象には、滝・渓流・農村・漁村・海岸風景・カトリック教会堂のある風景・失うわれ行く日本の風物などを撮影し現在に至る

I was born in Arai-shi (Currently Myoko-shi), Niigata.

I acquired experience in think-tanker, photographer at newspaper publishing company, a print company. And I became independent as a photographer.

I contracted with a photoagency and gave a work and started.

I established the Shonan laboratory where was specialized in monochrome. (1973 closedown)

I begin to take fireworks.

I established Akihiko Hayatsu photograph office.
Besides the fireworks, I photographed a waterfall, a mountain stream, a farm village, a fishing village, shore scenery, scenery with the Catholic cathedral, The Japanese scenery which I am broken, and go to lose.

I held a private exhibition at Kojimachi photo gallery in Tokyo .
I published collection of fireworks photographs "The flower of fantasy in the night sky- Fireworks".

I held a private exhibition at Aibana in Shizuoka, Atami.

I held a private exhibition at Pentax forum in Shinjuku, Tokyo.
I published collection of fireworks photographs "Fireworks with the oldness to affect a heart".

I held a private exhibition at Aibana in Shizuoka Atami.

I held a private exhibition "The world of Akihiko Hayatsu fireworks"at "Fuji Chrome building" in Mishima, Shizuoka.

I held fireworks photograph exhibition at Senbon Plaza in Numazu, Shizuoka.

I held "Fireworks and Minamiaizu road" exhibition at Senbon Plaza mini galleries in Numazu, Shizuoka.

On the same moon, I held "three three people exhibition" at Aibana in Shizuoka Atami.

I held a "Fireworks and scenery of Minamiaizu" at Machinaka interchange salon in Tajima, Minamiaizu-machi, Fukushima.

I held a "Fireworks and scenery of Aizu" at Catholic Yurigaoka church in Kawasaki, Kanagawa.

I held "Fireworks and an Aizu scenery" exhibition by the invitation of the former Minamiaizu-gun government office which there was in Tajima, Minamiaizu-gun, Fukushima.

I held an "Akihiko Hayatsu fireworks photograph exhibition" by the invitation from the Maezawa- village, Minamiaizu-gun, Fukushima.
